¶ How to invite FlazeBot?
You can invite FlazeBot using this link.
Choose the server you want to add FlazeBot to and click "Authorize".
Do note that you'll need the Manage Server permission on the server to add FlazeBot there.
¶ How to use FlazeBot?
- Join a voice or a stage channel then type
/playin a text channel. - Use
/nowplayingto see what's currently playing. - You can stop the radio by typing
/leave. - Use
/volumeto change the volume. (Premium)
¶ I can't hear FlazeBot.
It might happen that FlazeBot does not transmit any audio, but that's mostly an issue on your side. We'll guide you through some steps that should help you to resolve such an issue.
🔊 You can't hear anything.
Assuming you're not deafened on Discord, you should first check if you can hear any sounds from your operating system in general. If you're very well able to receive sounds in general you can go ahead and check if Discord is the affected component To resolve that you should verify your Voice & Video. Specify the correct input/output devices and also test your microphone inside Discord. You can refer to this troubleshooting guide by Discord for more information.
🔊 Discord and your operating system are working fine.
If you're able to hear others in your voice channel neither of the two should be the cause of this issue. ln that case, you can go ahead and check several things.
Does FlazeBot have permission to speak? Resolving issues can help fixing the underlying issue. Follow this link to re-authorize FlazeBot to your server with the correct permissions.
If FlazeBot is not muted you should also check if your volume slider is moved down to 0%. If FlazeBot is quite loud you'd want it sornewhere between 3% and 10%, but 0% just resolves into no audio at all.
🔧 Is there something weird going on?
You followed all of the above steps but you still cant hear FlazeBot? Try switching your server regon in order to get a new and fresh Discord voice server. Otherwise feel free to visit us at discord.flazebot.com!
¶ Why is FlazeBot not responding to my commands?
You're trying to use a command but it keeps failing? Well, it's probably not able to answer, but follow the steps below to fix this.
🔧 Are you using slash commands?
Make sure you're using slash (/) commands as Discord now requires all verified bots to use them. Get started by typing /play.
➡️ FlazeBot still doesn't seem to answer?
The only case left in that situation is a problem on either Discord's or our side. Verify that FlazeBot is not offline in your server. If ifs offline, your best call would be to wait up to 5 minutes and see if FlazeBot comes back online. If it is online, has all the required permissions, you should definitely get in contact with one of our support members on our Discord server.
¶ How can I set a DJ rank?
➡️ Create the DJ role
This part is faily easy. All you have to do is create a role to be designated as the DJ role.
➡️ Setting up the DJ role
Now that you have created the DJ role, you have to set it up on FlazeBot's side. To do this, you have to type /settings command and go to DJrank tab. Then finally you need to select the DJ role you created earlier and there you go!
➡️ Disabling and deleting the DJ role.
If you want to disable the DJ role, you can do so by typing /settings command and going to DJrank section. Then you have to press the ❌ button and there you go! The DJ role is disabled. If you want to delete the DJ role, you can do so by going to your server settings and deleting the role you created earlier.
¶ I'm getting "FlazeBot is still starting" error
FlazeBot is still starting is a common error that happens when you try to use FlazeBot's commands before it's fully loaded. This can happen when Flaze Developer Team restarted FlazeBot. To fix this, you have to wait up to 5 minutes and see if FlazeBot comes back online. If you've waited up to 30 minutes and still get this error, you should definitely get in contact with one of our support members on our Discord server.

➡️ Bought Premium, how do I activate Premium?
To get your key, you either have the choice to copy it from FlazeBot's DM you received on payment or by typing /key show. Then you can activate Premium by typing /key add <your key> in the guild (Discord server) of your choice.

FlazeBot is a Discord bot, more precisely a radio bot in which you can choose what type of radio you want to listen to. Simple as that!
